Something’s not quite right…

I just started doing AV last week, I couldn’t find anywhere to go fishing though, so it wasn’t as fun as I was expecting. I did get a lot of leather skinned off the rams, which was nice. Also, I picked up 140 HKs and 5000+ honor in a single match. Wasn’t why I was there, but a nice little side perk. I think AV is really fun

Nothing wrong with enjoying a battleground built for 40 man raids…might not be perfect, but nothing is. Glad you’re having fun op.

Privilege feels nice, who knew?

It might be fun for alliance too if you can convince your geared and talented players to quit premading WSG and join you in an AV.

I like AV, too. Sure the Alliance can be whiney bastards, and rarely do they work together outside of “ball up.”

But I still like it!

I used to think so.

Getting camped in our tunnel a couple times sort of took the shine off it for me.

I don’t see this new paradigm lasting much longer. I can already see Horde’s winning tactics melting away as more and more players are seduced by balling up and HK farming without any concern for tactical necessity.

Thanks Blizzard and all their wisdom for putting in HK decay change. That along with the fact that at least 50% of alliance dont care for pvp is a big problem. One not so easily fixed.

PS. AV is hella fun on a hunter.

It takes a lot of courage for u to come out and say something like that being Horde. I know that 99% win rate can be tough to deal with for most.

I’m having fun too. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yea it’s super odd how Alliance used to love AV, and then suddenly stopped when premades were broken.

I personally very much enjoyed waiting in queue for an hour in exchange for a 6 minute loss.

Something something other foot.

I know right? When i had about a 50-60% winrate in AV while pugging i had a blast.

I for one believe the 6 minute win is a myth and none of you actually saw it, cause I played lots of premades in the early days and never once did we do that :man_shrugging:
I think its something you hordies grabbed onto to complain.

(wasn’t it 7 minute? and 9 minute before that?, it keeps changing)

No 5 minutes is the actual fastest you can do it, it’s definitely not a myth.

Just because you weren’t in the helmet made groups, doesn’t mean other Alliance weren’t capable of accomplishing the feat.

6 minutes is just the fastest “average” full ignore everything Drek Express game time. 7-9 minutes means at some point they got held up, whether by resistance, or just slow on the elite/NPC pulls, or went for Cpt Galv, which is normally skipped.

5 minutes now is it? funny it takes that long to ride from cave to relief hut, how on earth did they manage to kill drek that fast?

yeah… I don’t believe you.

Old AV was better. I’ll have to wait until the next vanilla pserver to see it again which is a bummer.

I play horde AV and it isn’t fun. The horde are very communicative and organized, the alliance are anything but.

Does it feel like a pve mini game yet?

Just because you weren’t good enough to get into the top tier Alliance teams when the premade meta was going strong, doesn’t make what they did impossible.

It was just impossible for you. Here’s some proof for ya!
