So if you want us to pvp till our eyes bleed maybe fix the bugs with av. First the alliance tried to summon the treant boss with their druid allies nothing happened. then we tried to summon the ice lord and guess what nothing happened.
That’s pretty much how it worked in Vanilla.
If you do ever manage to get something summoned, it will just get kited until it bugs out and despawns anyway.
Did you successfully protect the NPCs until they reached the summoning point, then had ten players click the circle, then waited ten minutes for the elemental to leave the field of strife?
Because I’ve never seen it do anything but work as intended.

i have seen it summoned and was part of the summoning. this time it just glitched out. yes the npcs were alive. at one point we had 15 people channeling.
Please define “glitched out”.
Did it just kind of wander back and forth in the Field of Strife for a while? Because it’s supposed to do that.

i’ve summoned the ice lord like 20 times.

i am saying we tried to summon the ice lord and nothing happened. we channeled for a good 5 mins and nothing. we had enough people. infact we had more than enough. the alliance failed their summon also. they had numerous people trying to summon the treant and nothing.
I was in there with you. Really annoying. We had 10-15 people summoning didn’t work. Tried for 5 minutes straight. We counted people. Googled it. Says 8-10 people needed.
I’m not sure if one of the shamans was dead or something but we definitely couldn’t summon the Ice Lord that game. And it was already 50 minutes in with no hope of ending with Ice Lord pushing so I quit after.
Only time I’ve ever had this bug been able to summon him every other time.

when av is in doubt just /ask out since there is no leave bg option.
Might have had an NPC dead. We managed to summon him twice yesterday. The hard part is forcing a turtle to make the game last long enough to do anything.
We only were able to do that part once. It was pretty epic. In the second game Treesus and Frosty just patted around the field of strife looking at each other. There wasn’t enough time to feed them the kills to make them do stuff. But still pretty cool to have them out and about.
Trust me - you need minimum of 20 summoning and holding it for a few seconds. We tested this and summon tree dude. He also gets more buff per kill and bigger so make sure you CC any kiters and let him get the killing blow on those pesky horde.
Ive summoned the Ice Lord 5 times, twice he made it to the stronghold. Both of those times we wiped the Alliance while they tried to summon with Ice Lord up and he ate ALL of their souls. One of those games IL agroed on alliance, chaining to SHGY where he personally camped 4 rounds of rezzers.
