Can we just lock in for the last two hours of queues for the week and get some quick games and not force 40+ minute games and 40 min queues I need 20k more honor to cap. That’d be great

Unfortunately Horde wants to act like simple jack on every AV….
Make characters on both factions for both the PvE and PVP group servers and then promote in chat.
It works, this is how we made WSG popular back in 2021 just by getting 1 day a week pops, now we have WSG everyday.

Yeah that hurts. This is why I just get my pvp gear from raids these days. Much easier.
Yea unfortunately I work nights and play ret, so I’ve only been able to attend like 3 guild bwls in the last 3 months and nothing I’ve SRd has dropped. And no pug raids that I’ve seen during my playable hours will take a ret. I’ve been told “no rets” multiple times when applying. Plus I’ve wanted to get rank 14 since I started playing Era. Just kinda sucks that horde queues are a lot faster so they cap much earlier and then just troll the last couple days of the weekend. Its w/e I guess, if I was capped I wouldn’t mind playing long games, but when you’re a few thousand off cap and get 2 games in 5 hours it’s a little frustrating

Just raid as holy (we have dual spec). T2.5 is better than HWL for ret anyway. I raid as pve holy to get gear then switch to my main pvp spec, ez.
Yeah this is huge. It didn’t bother me until I actually got a lvl 60 horde…now it’s hard to even queue alliance.

lol…this is why I stopped playing Era.
I went all the way through MC to Naxx as Ret. Though, I went with Spelladin instead of the traditional gearing, that I guess you could call Warrioradin (?? 
).
Huge influx of anniversary players to alliance has the balance off. Cezar pointed it out and I tried my horde char for a few mins it was l iike 3 min queues over there.
That being said the upper ranks can be brutal if you do not have the ability to no life it on alliance side. I am still 50% from Marshall after this weekend and it took all 3 days to hit that breakpoint.
Running sand as alliance in Silithus is an easy way to make up that 9k on the final day/night though…
I was going to hop over to Whitemane and start over as a horde, but man is it rough on new players with everyone being 60 and raid geared. There are a lot of turds who just want to make your life miserable for trying to get started, such is the life of the pvp server though. And Mankrik cluster doesnt have enough horde to do anything at all period, its all alliance.
Yeah my 60 hordes is on Mankrik it used to have alot more but you are right all the activity or most of it is on alliance. That being said been having a great time in guild and doing things. My main focus is not PVP Battlegrounds and there is no time requirement on ERA so I just keep on trucking.
it just simply isnt possible though for a new player unless you want to do some SSF leveling lol. I couldnt even transfer my gold from alliance through the booty bay AH and buy some gear, and since theres not any groups rly thats the only way to get some upgrades outside of questing.
The games I played the last few days either had large alliance back caps/icewing gank squad, or horde trolls intentionally pulling the marshalls before the offense had the aid station locked down. There was the occasional quick victory sprinkled in.
Yeah alliance are going to win some AV’s…some of them had to sit 40 mins in the queue. They are motivated to make something happen for that time investment. Meanwhile if you lose as horde, who cares? Just get in another game in 1-3 mins.

I think they are trying to kill classic, I’m not going to pay blizzard for hate, I might as well buy a new game if that’s how it’s going to be
3 AV weekends in a row with 150+K honor and going back to zero on tuesday.
Idk this coming across as a little entitled. You know in the old system, people on whitemane had to hit 1.6 million honor to hit R1 spot right? And you want AQ40 epic equivalents for 150k honor? lol.

It was also possible to do it back then with the population, and frequency of games it’s literally impossible to do that now no matter how much time you can invest. Completely different. It’s also irrelevant because the system is changed now.
Edit: also the time it takes to get 150k honor is +/- 12 hours that’s like 6 full clears of AQ40 in time investment, and you don’t need 150k, you need 500k
What? You know BG’s pop every single day? I got R13 on a druid not that long ago with BG weekends + WSG outside of the BG weekends. There’s also running sand if you were short for some reason. I also got a bunch of world pvp kills too, might need to be good at pvp though :<
FYI I’m also married, work full time and bench 315 for 4 reps every day. Still can manage to get 500k honor, what’s your excuse?
Just because you do aq40 doesn’t mean you’re going to get your drops. And even if it drops, doesn’t mean you’re going to win it. Took my shockain 6 months to finally win Neth’s tear.
BTW 6 lockouts of AQ40 = 6 weeks. Are you seriously comparing 12 hours of PVP to 6 weeks of raiding? Hmmm.
I think the main issue here is that you don’t enjoy pvp. I do, so its easy/fun for me. If you don’t enjoy pvp then 500k honor is going to be a chore. Probably to stick to raiding imo.
