See people in my guild talking about AV now being a 20-30 minute per match mess. Did they change it without putting it into any kind of patch notes or posts on the forum?

its awful for people who dont know or want to know how to play AV. you can still have good honor/rep games and win. just not in 5 minutes (and not a turtle either)

Everyone who was farming AV the past week was the target audience; there’s far less games today than last week at the same time.
It’s just a nerf to their time; now instead of exalted in 3 days it’ll take a week or more.

Yes, this is the target audience.
Less people playing the game than before, you say this is a good change. The target audience may enjoy classic era more than sod.
Even classic era has the pve charge, sadly it will never come back.
I think the hp adjustments overall are for a better balanced run at them for each side to have a chance to win if a mistake is made and the other raid wipes too hard.

I dunno, I’ve had three games in a row that only last a few minutes here. Folks are just working to be more coordinated with kiting inside.
With MC gear, it’ll probably zip back to where it was previous to this hp buff.

welp, guess im not gonna do AV anymore, I have been sitting in 30 min turtle fests and everyone else who got their exalted, gz. I don’t need the mount anyways. lol

Do the turnins you walnut. Thats where the rep is in turtle games. Loot bodies and do turnins. As many as you can. Its a TON of rep that is otherwise just left on the table.

Horde just won in 14min and all south was red so Not really I think.
We knew this was coming when we saw how easily Vann and Drek were defeated in week 1.
I have rank 10 as of 90 minutes ago so I avoided this for Phase 4. I assume a new meta will develop before Phase 5.
They need to make it so boss is buffed for each tower that’s still up like tbc. Double the honor to compensate for the buffs. Let’s see some real PVP in AV please.

I agree this change is awful if you are trying to grind AV rep. you get 125ish for killing galv and must win to get marks or the bonus. Its impossible to do hand ins with the current setup. Lucky i only need 5k rep more but if people are trying to grind it now good luck!
