Now if the people who are interested in 1.5 AV want to have a general discussion about changes to 1.12 great. Until then 1.12 as is, #nochanges.

The people claiming 1.12 AV was nothing but 10 minute rush games are just fear mongerers. Plenty of games in 1.12 AV lasted hours.

It doesn’t take the entire BG to break a zerg, a handful of people can do it. The reality is 1.11 AV doesn’t cater to zerging or not zerging, it merely doesn’t force one strat over the other. The people claiming they can’t stop a zerg seem to be mostly people who are just lazy and or bad at pvp.

This is what people really need to understand, you want AV to not be a zerg play some defense. This is something that’s 100% controllable by the player base, what really turned AV into a zerg was adding reinforcements, which won’t be in 1.12.

it did not routinely get zerged, that didn’t happen until much later when reinforcements were added.

You don’t have to be lvl 60 to play or understand AV. I’ve seen plenty of lvl 60 characters posting in this very thread who don’t even know how gy’s work.

Nah there’s just a handful of people who want to whine about AV being 1.12 which was actually the most popular version of AV. There’s plenty of people who are perfectly fine with 1.12 AV.

Without reinforcements even the worst turtle can potentially be turned into a win. And that’s what happened in 1.12 AV.

It ends up being a player decision one way or the other. Instead of the map trying to force things one way or the other which is the problem with early AV as well as reinforcements.

So… 1.12 good?
