Looking for a translation addon that lets me communicate with the diverse players around the world. Whether it is chinese, spanish etc.

I doubt such a thing exists.
Automated language translation requires access to moderately heavy-duty AI which almost certainly can’t be coded directly as an addon given the extreme runtime limitations of the WoW addon environment. And access to an external translation API isn’t an option either, since the addon environment doesn’t allow direct access to external resources.
But I would be happy to be proven wrong.

I use the Google Translate app on my cell phone. Just take a photo of the text and it will be translated. But I would also like an addon like this, it would be very useful.
