For the last couple weeks, auto loot seems to have been broken. Looting an enemy does nothing until i either click each item, or loot the mob a second time, which triggers the auto loot to function. I’ve reported the bug with seemingly no change. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have at times, but I just put it down to latency issues as opposed to an actual bug.

I’ve noticed this occasionally but most of the time auto loot is working fine for me.
It seems the opposite for myself. About 95% not working, 5% working

It’s been like this since the prepatch, it’s not getting fixed.

Been like this for me as well. My character bends down to loot , and just stays kneeling. I have to move around and then loot again for it to actually pick up.
Yep, I’ve noticed this as well.
I’m just glad they finally fixed the bug when, when you click something on the ground to run to it and use it, you don’t have to click it again because you’re “out of range” for some reason.
It was pretty much all the time so I ended up downloading an add-on to bypass it.
They are testing on how to remove the feature and all the various impacts.
What addon would that be? This bug is insanely frustrating
It depends how close combat ended or after effect actions are still going when you loot.
Leatrix Plus, Open it up in the Options click ltp or type it in chat then go down to System. It will be the last row under Game Options,
If you want to change the delay just click the lil cog wheel next to it.
I have leatrix plus, the auto loot glitch is still there.
I saw it a lot during prepatch, but it went away some time ago. I hope it’s not coming back…
Same issue. It works…like half the time.
You are probably on a OCE phase of the zone or with a OCE dungeon/raid group
Most likely you are in a group with a OCE lead (or lesser extent a LA lead) where latency will cause auto loot to be slow.
It breaks quite often.
I see this happens A LOT in follower dungeons.
A week or two ago there was a discussion about this on the forum. Someone who seemed to know what they were talking about diagnosed the problem as a server downgrade to save pennies. This really isn’t like the slow dribble auto looting that you see on an OCE server or a group where an OCE player is party lead. You click, the loot window opens, and nothing happens. You can click each item to download, or just close and reclick. It always works the second time around.
