Hi, is their an addon that lets you loot without either using the mouse? perhaps something that you can run over to and press a button? or at the very least without using the right click function on the mouse? I ask due because my partner has some nerve issues with both hands and it would be easier with a keyboard button press instead of having to use a mouse.
This reads like an botter/afk/hyperspawn farmer that got hit by the loot a rang change and is now looking for a workaround, tbh.
But in the case that its not, I recommend your partner levels Cata engineering to 70 so they can regain use of the Loot-a-Rang. Then they can put looting back on their hotkeys.
You can also hotkey a button to interact with mouseover, or enable interact with left click in the interface options menu, under controls.

If only there was, it would make many things easier.
You can do a simple version with a repeater and a macro. But that would be automation.
like a program that causes key calls and a macro that does a
/tar a
/tar b
tar c
/interact
etc
eh, thats probably why there aint any.
Not only would it cause an increase in commands to the server from your client, it would stand out like a high intensity spotlight in a powerless coal mine.
Of course the API could allow this, but I doubt it.
the better question is why do you have to loot stuff?
Cause the greys could be given a gold value percentile adjusted by variables and inserted directly into your character.
While âmagicâ gear could be simply inserted into your bags with a ui toggle.
this would be slotted under a Quality of Life change.
The fact that I tldrâd the OP and fully read yours says something.
Isnât anything of real value (i.e. gear) mailed to you if you donât loot it anyway?

I just wanted to thank everyone who has responded so far and everyone else in advance.
It would be easier if something were possible with perhaps mouse over, or if it could be incorporated using the left click feature over a dead enemy.
I donât get it, left click loots the corpse by default?
Is that an option in settings? Mine only selects the corpse.
Hm, I donât know, never touched those settings, and either left or right clicks, both loot the corpse for me.
edit: Oh I see the âinteract on left clickâ option in your âinterface -> controlsâ tab.

ty, much appreciated. I didnât know this was an option. I just tested it. Iâll see if that works for my partner later. 
What mouse does your partner use?
Some mice allow you to change which button is âright-clickâ or allow you to assign macros to the mouse which can use as a right click.
The only way other I can think of to bind the right click to a keyboard button would be something like AHK (Auto Hotkey). But that allows you to make some pretty powerful automation so I donât know if it would be allowed in WoW and I know that AHK can strike you a ban by some anti-cheat software.
Have them play a hunter that knows fetch.
I set my Q key to âinteract with mousoverâ. Then I can loot dead mobs by putting the mouse over them and hitting Q. That saves me a lot of right-clicking. I donât even know what Q does by default.
I set Q this way on the âKey Bindingsâ tab labelled âTargetingâ. Scroll down â âInteract With Mouseoverâ is there, around 10 from the bottom.
Note that there is also an âInteract with Targetâ option. I donât know if that is useful for looting (I have not tried it) but it might be.
