Hi, I’ve been looking for the world quest for Auto-Hammer rank 3 for almost a month now. Going to Highland, to the vendor from Wowhead, and nothing has shown up. I’m Legion Engineering level 60, and the Wowhead post says you need level 25. Why is this not showing up as a world quest?

Possibly RNG, but it’s worth posting a bug report because sometimes the RNG breaks. It’s impossible to know.
