Does this only come out of Heroic Priory? Since we can’t queue for H Priory anymore because of the S1 lineup, are we just out of luck til S2 trying to get this enchant formula to drop?
Looks like it drops from Normal.
So you’re aware, for the future, Wowhead is generally a good place to check if you ever have these sorts of questions, the comment section of the item will often have people discussing these sorts of things.

I’ve heard of it coming out of follower and normal.
Guess I’m just having bad luck with it, and wanted some confirmation other than a Wowhead comment that it’s dropped on N since S1 started. Those wowhead comments are almost all 20+ days old.

i have had people who said they have tried multiple days to get Authority of Radiant Power from normal and have not gotten it nor seen people get it. Wowhead as I checked only shows it drops from heroic version of the dungeon. so there is a lot of conflicting information about it
Some of those comments are from the 9th of this month, so really not all that long ago.
I definitely understand the frustration, but another helpful aspect of Wowhead is looking at the “Dropped By” section. In this case, that recipe has seen a 0.4% drop rate out of a sample size of ~11,800 loots. Realistically it’s probably something like a 1% drop.
So it’s definitely not a common item to have drop regardless.
I’d argue that recipes shouldn’t have drop rates that low. In my opinion, knowledge should be the time-sink of professions, not farming low-chance drops in content you might not even enjoy engaging in.
again though looking on wow head he only drops it on heroic unless we are looking at a completely different Authority of power

I just checked the wowhead page for the formula and it definitely shows it drops off of normal as well.
Are you looking at a page of the enchant itself or the formula?
If you’re talking about the boss’s loot table, then that is definitely not accurate.
I’ve run a lot of Priory as a follower dungeon on my mage as it’s a good source of cloth for tailoring and had the Radiant Haste ring enchant formula drop, which that bosses loot table indicates is heroic only.
I haven’t done a single current expac dungeon on heroic, so definitely didn’t get it from there.
At a ~1% drop rate, most people aren’t going to see these recipes anytime soon. Perhaps the drop rate will rise as more data is collected, but if they really are a 1-2% chance, then just think about all of those mounts like Invincible and how long some people have been farming them with no luck.
Which again, I don’t agree with for recipes. I don’t think they should have nearly that low of a drop rate.
