I’ve been farming Heroic Priory for a few days trying to get this recipe, no luck so far.
Can any of you guys confirm if it drops on normal difficulty as well? I ask this because season 1 will start soon and we won’t be able to queue for Heroic Priory.

This wouldn’t be authoritative, but WowHead indicates that up to now, that enchant formula has not dropped in Normal. Also, there’s an annotation that seems to say it’s only in the Heroic loot table.
So, likely not in Normal (or Follower, which is the same).
