Wouldn’t primary stat be better? For whatever it’s worth on hastey mcgee spec? Clearly it is. Who simmed this? what dude set us all up and we assimilated like little sheep??
Its the best enchant for single target damage. Its design makes it so it doesn’t just not scale with aoe, it actually negatively scales (you will proc it on mobs being blade flurried instead of stacking it up as effectively on one target).
It just depends on if you prefer single target focus or a more generic aoe enchant (radiant).
