My authenticator is not working. It’s been forcing me to manually enter the number instead of just hitting the okay button. So today I tried resetting my authenticator but when I click “submit” with the texted code, it keeps saying “504 Bad Gateway.”
Did you move your authenticator to the Bnet app? The other app is being discontinued.
Additionally, if you did move and you’re still having an issue, you’ll want to report this in the authenticator forum instead of WoW.
