Authenticator to Battle.net App - Won't let me swipe to authorize

Greetings!

I recently saw that my key fob’s battery was finally dying, so I took the chance to switch to the battle.net app. Detaching the authenticator worked fine, attaching the battle.net app worked fine. However, when I get the push notification and pull it up all I see is a large green 4 character code, it asks “Are you trying to authenticate?”, and shows my geo-location. But, there is no ability to confirm the authentication attempt, nor is there an ability to generate a numeric code. Anyone else seen this? Google isn’t coming back with anything useful.

Did you open the app? Swiping the notification probably dismissed it, I am trying to recall how it looks but you should be able to just hit it, then get the buttons to allow or deny in the app.

Otherwise, you might need to put in a ticket, Customer Support should be able to clear this up also.

Absolutely, have tried it via the toaster that pops up in the phone and with the app already opened. Thankfully because I can ask battle.net (app and web site) to send me SMS instead, I have a 2nd way in, so I didn’t bomb myself entirely.

On the battlenet mobile app, tap your profile in the top left to bring up the options and select authenticator. If there are no login requests, there is an option at the bottom to see the code for manual input.
