I spent some time reading the forums looking for a solution and I can’t find it so here is my question:
Is anything being done to fix the issue of folks that use cell phone service like Cricket for mobile authentication? Was this decision to not allow folks that use service like Cricket thought out through a review process?
Surely I’m not the only one who uses Cricket and I’m wondering if anything is being done to allow those that do to 2FA through email instead?
This wasn’t a good idea and hopefully the higher ups will understand that and that at the end of the day if things like this are not resolved then customers will go elsewhere.
