Authenticator does not submit requests to my battle.net authenticator bon my android phone.
My last ticket got closed/resolved even though nothing was actually resolved.
I am now without an authenticator. I’ve deleted and re-added it at least twice.
Still does not submit a request.
I have vision problems right now and cannot read and enter the manual code from the authenticator before it times out.
I’ve been hacked before, and I don’t want to be again.+ Also miss my bag slots.
Now I can’t open a new ticket. Going in circles for hours, keeps sending me back to the home support page.
Usually it doesn’t need a request if you are logging in from the same IP.
Mine only tags when I leave my vpn on by accident after downloading my legally paid for media.
Yeah, it’s flaky. But now I had to remove my authenticator because only the manual option works. Can’t read and enter fast enough before the code resets. Not secure and I lost my bag slots. I can’t seem to find the magic path to opening a support ticket.

The approve login button doesn’t work?
My friend had an issue with being prompted for an authenticator code, even after removing the authenticator from his account , although it would NOT send him a code text, so he ended up re-activating his authenticator and now he gets valid codes.
I aver the uninstall for authenticators is flawed.
I helped someone with this problem the other day for a different authenticator - make sure the app has permissions to send push notifications. A reinstall might reset permissions I’m not sure.
Also my phone conserves power <=20% battery so the auth app won’t automatically open, but I’m served the push request if I manually open the app.
