As Blizzard made a clear mistake about the first race choice (and it’s included second mistake by putting it on both factions), I still do believe they are ready to listen and learn from it.
They just need to apply the same “Authentic classic feel commitment” they are abiding to in every aspect of the game, and apply it to any next race. So they don’t feel out of place.
Now, about monetization, I myself would not mind if they charge for GOOD WELL-DONE AUTHENTIC CLASSIC CONTENT. I still think people would have paid gladly for High Elves and Ogres.
About the “beauty” balance, because certain aesthetics can attract more people to determined faction… Well I don’t understand much of this. In the end I am Horde because I find it more charismatic Faction, even if they are freaking ugly.
