Is anyone else experiencing this? The Chinese New Year Mount is not in my journal and can’t be summoned with /cast Auspicious Arborwyrm.

Use the other mounts in the meantime? Or farm the parrot dragon riding mount in Plunderstorm
A parrot mount is way more valuable than a lunar mount
It’s called seeing if it’s a me problem or an everyone problem.
I checked bug report after and saw someone made a thread already.

None of them are dragon riding except the new one

There’s a thread on this in the bug report forum, I suspect it’s just gone from the grid altogether for now.

I’m missing it too and it’s missing from the mount list completely. Hoping for a hotfix cause that was my go-to mount.
I guess it made like a tree and leaf… ed. Leaft.

Same here, missing from hotbar and journal. Glad I’m not the only one.
Same issue here, logged in with my Priest, went to click the mount on the hotbar but oh? Its gone, its not even in my Mount collection anymore.
Whatelse could be missing? Blizz has accidentally removed stuff from players collections in the past. Hope they fix this soon.

I had it on a hotbar and when I hover the key it was set too it says “You do not meet the requirements for this mount”

I think this issue affects absolutely everyone. Probably going to get fixed in 10.2.7 or 11.0 or something. Hopefully sooner, though hard to say. There’s not a good track record when it comes to Shop related bugs. I don’t think they ever fixed the “Renowned Explorer” title.
