I killed Aurostor, The Hibernator in the Emerald Dream today and got the drop for new druid cosmetic but the barber shop still shows it as locked.

They won’t fix it and I’m shocked you even got it to drop, blizzard sucks and how they did this runebesr thing sucks even worse, it’s making me quit the game!!
I think your right. Customer support is saying they can’t help me. I know it dropped just wish I had taken a screen shot to prove it before right clicking on it 
They wouldn’t care even if you did, the devs don’t care about player retention whatsoever!! I told them I’m going to quit and they told me to go post on the forums, they do less than nothing and we pay for this!!! Total trash!!
It’s difficult to imagine that they can’t fix this bug in a timely manner. Multiple reports of the same thing happening from what I’m told.
Support tells you to log a support ticket, they can check it and tell it dropped, but there is nothing they can do.
I would go back infrequently after and farm, and recently picked up another Mark that worked (I wasn’t even sure Mark would drop again) probably unrelated but I did just get a new alt druid to 80 before getting the mark a second time
