Found some rep stuff I want to look up. Found the rep vendor, but she offers 4 quests and no trade option, even though I’m rank 14 rep with Hallowfall.
I’m assuming I am being forced to do some of these quests. Anyone know the least possible quests I can do to see her trade options?
