1.) Taking Dream of Spring and utilizing Emerald Blossom causes you too OOM very fast. It is quite awkward.
2.) Breath of Eons not having a initial dmg tick feels so awkward. Breath of Eons cool down being 2 min instead of 1 min feels terrible.
3.) Time Skip, should be uninterruptible.
4.) Anachronism, the Prescience amplifier talent should 100% guarantee essence burst like a shattering star for Devastation Evoker.
5.) Ignition Rush, just like PTR should literally make Eruption an instant cast.
6.) Eruption literally takes ages to cast.
7.) Seismic Slam is really hard to get off in PvP.
8.) Geomancy tied to Azure Strike is really weird; A, we do barely or barely ever cast Azure Strike. B, How does blue magic even make Black magic have a less cool down? Change to Black spells lower the CD of Geomancy or at least add Living flame sheesh.
9.) Motes of Possibility is literal trash.
10.) Reactive Hide bake into the spell.
11.) Regenerative Chitin Bake into the spell.
) Accretion should include Fire Breath.
13.) Seriously, we lack a DoT that isn’t Fire Breath.
14.) Aspects Favor not remembering what original aspect we are when we use obsidian Scales and Hover is a reallll let down. Really just wish it wouldn’t shift and just give us the benefit of each >.>
I complained about it on PTR a shame that they actually didn’t fix these issues.
They honestly think a 3 second hard cast eruption is a great idea.
Especially in PVP.
I find myself being the second healer just buffing and healing. Which is totally ironic as I feel just like a healer instead of a support dps.
I did the new mega dungeon and my casts are so long even with different talent builds I couldn’t surpass my tank I barely was above my healer on those meters.
Yes, I agree I need the talent to launch them higher. As well as you have to be so quick almost or 10-15 yds close for the target. One dash or sprint opportunity is over.
The thing is upheaval should apply a dot on the target for some extra dmg. This dot should last 5 seconds and that dot when hit by landslide.
Should trigger burst dmg and then stun.
Also having to put 2 points for a stun as a talent is weird cause ew then 1 point geomancy. That’s 3 points just to get a stun.
My main issue with Aug is the same issue I have with every Evoker spec; the short range.
It adds nothing but annoyance for all three specs, but it’s particularly frustrating for Augmentation. I noticed it immediately in the mega dungeon, when people were out of range of my Prescience cast almost constantly. If it’s this annoying in a dungeon, I can only imagine how much I’m going to hate it in raid tonight.
Give Aug and Dev the same 5 extra yards that Pres has. It’s not good enough, but it’s better than nothing.

They are strong but its not reflected on paper, alot of your dmg is added to the people your buffing via ebon might or blistering scales.
for pvp they seem kind hit or miss, i have won games because of a 250k cleave upheaval into a 80-120k cleave fire breath or saved games because i blistered someone for a 250k shield while healer was ccd the main thing that sucks is that there is a 25 yard range on ebon might that is not stated in the tooltip i didn’t realize it till my team told me they weren’t getting it
yea and is that its not even reflected in the tool tip at least the crit bonus one tells you. Ebon might the way its worded you wouldnt think people need to collapse to you to get the buff and the other one is the same way the one that buffs attacks when you use fire breath not only do those people need to already have ebons might but they also need to be in 25 yards of you doing fire breath
this is similar to the way divide and conquer pvp talent is worded it litterally says it will line of sight enemies but instead it line of sights allies too.
this is exactly how i feel. I tried to do a dps build and it takes so long to cast anythign at all with people moving around and the overall lower damage just makes trying to do damage pointless. its not significant enough to matter beyond extending ebon might.
I switched to the heal support build. then someone in the rss match had the audacity to ask why was i dont no damage and that i should do something >.>
Then pepole on the pvp forum are claiming aug is OP and needs nerf.
“Literally” used hyperbolically, is the same as saying “virtually”. It’s only wrong if it’s used in a context other than hyperbole or metaphor - like if I showed you a blue ribbon and said “This is literally red”.
Prescience in raid just feels absolutely horrible. Not only are people constantly out of range, it doesn’t remember the 2 people you cast on, so you constantly have to scan 2 people in a sea of unit frames to see their buffs and duration, and you have to do this roughly every 20 seconds or so. I think the auto-cast vs min-max is an interesting aspect, but constantly looking away from the fight, and then waste brain time on finding the buffs and having to use it on the correct unit frame isn’t a fun challenge, it’s a disgusting chore.
