Aug was a great spec at introduction, but then shortly nerfed out of every raid leader’s consideration.
What if… the Augmentation wasn’t group focused, but Flight focused. Augmentation Evoker’s seek Vyranoth, she takes this spec under her wing and teaches them to utilize either Aspect, Incarnate, or unaffiliated types of spells. These dragon types being the ones she was looking to guide or semi-affiliate with on her own towards the end of Dragonflight such as the Netherwing or Brood of Nithogg.
Doesn’t need to be specific now and the reintroduction of the Spec for this class should involve recruiting the unaffiliated Incarnate, Netherwing, or Brood to Vyranoth’s influence.
This allows a spec reintroduction into a hopefully desirable raid spec that doesn’t require precise timing to function and hopefully improves player experience.
Also, this puts Vyranoth into a position to be reintroduced to Iridikron, who I hope will get a story completion.
