Yes, delete it and go something else 
As much haste as you can get, build is same as last season.
Best tip - isolate someone during your fly over go for big dam, make sure you have two essence burst procs lined up to machine gun out damage.

Gotcha, whats more fun rn? Dev or aug?
And does Dev go more haste or mastery this season. Ive seen a bunch of different answers and people building differently.
People have been going high haste for fast sleep walks since it’s effectively polymorph with a displacement part to it.
Some mastery is good for dev and you feel good on both specs with 25%+ haste so you can play with your stats a little.
