It was stupid to even contemplate they’d be retconned out in the first place.
More importantly, I’m more curious at the furry troll/elf things getting a spot in the trailer alongside Earthen and the Ararhi.
Did they appear prominently in the Beta content?

So, Xalatath, look, I know you’re excited but we have “final battles” on pretty much a biennial cycle around here.
(aside: I keep wanting to say “biannual” but apparently that’s the wrong direction of stretching the interval … biennial looks strange written out, but sounds almost the same out loud … I guess I somehow never actually noticed there were two different words in conversations?)

TWW CGI trailer is like those flashback TV episodes. I was hoping for a full, unique cinematic showcasing spiders and stuff. The first cinematic we got was just Anduin talking about his feelings.
Next time on dragon ball z! Naruto s1. Etc etc.

They could have made the trailer a little meatier but my gut tells me they didn’t have the staff to get the quality and length they wanted for this one. I hope the expac itself has longer, and fleshed out, vids.
Isn’t half of it just reused cinematics? Must be really light on staff if they had to do that and still couldn’t make it “meaty” enough.

It all depends on how stable the servers are. For all we know, the first day will be riddled with server crashes and tons of bugs.
The early access is nothing more than testing for when the rest of the folks get to play the game, lol.
It will be alright bro, thanks for all the good vibes and best wishes to us.
Hopefully they’ll release another focused on the expac alone.
