Double check the trainers! I canât post links but google âwarcraft pets Pet Tamer Quests and Infoâ. Use the list on this guide to visit each trainer in order. I thought I was in the same boat but found that Old MacDonald, the 2nd tamer in the quest line, had the quest I needed. I never accepted it!

Edit: Another thought, check your achievements. If you look at âTaming Eastern Kingdomsâ you will see if you completed any in the past. It showed that I completed Julia and Old MacDonald. Old MacDonald had the quest to go battle Lindsay. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem on my lvl 60 toon so I went to her with a lvl 5 toon that happened to be in stormwind and that got me the quest chain no problem. Went to first trainer and got the next part in chain so hopefully this works.
I just had a friend with this issue. I remember i also had this issue. My solution was to create a human. Allied races did not work for my friend. Max lvl toons did not work. But a newly created Human worked for me years back and for my friend today . So if you have this issue create a new Human toon and you should be able to get the account unlock for pet trainer battles via the quest. Good luck hope this helps. Worked on alliance anyway cant comment on horde side but either way its a account wide unlock so just do it 1 time and your golden.

Yeah, STILL OR AGAIN. I put in a ticket today. With all the new stuff theyâre working on, I donât hold a lot of hope for a quick and correct answer.
Still a bug in 2024! Would just not bother with Battle Pets it seems sadly.
