Bug still present on this final day of 2024.
War Mode PvP World Quest in Rak’Ush, Azj-Kahet is what started the endless electrical current sound effect. Dying seemed to resolve, however, this bug should not still be present all these months later. Come on Blizzard.

Seems this is a known issue. Well dying still works. Hope it doesn’t pop up again!
