Audible PvP Alerts Addon?

For the life of me, I just can’t seem to consistently get gladius in a place where I can actually notice enemy CD’s like Cyclone in time to reflect them unless I’m paying less attention to other things. So I was thinking it would be great if I could just get an addon that would let me get audible notifications whenever anyone casts Cyclone or whatever I want. But after a quick look it doesn’t seem like the solution is super clear… Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can’t you do this with weakauras?

Gladiator lossa. I forgot the name exactly but it’s an addon that calls out every major or cc ability the enemy casts.

Probably something on wago.io that you can use with weak auras. I’ve seen people use an airhorn that goes off when certain spells are used.

The addon that slowly makes you worse in arena.

Explain; I was about to use it

gladiatorlossa2 gets a bad rap because, say, a priest can hear ‘polymorph’ and cast death without checking who the mage is casting it on if they’re on poly dr if it’s a fake etc, and for that reasons is known as a ‘crutch’ or something that trains you to play bad
I play at a much higher level with it but requires a lot of awareness of who’s positioned where etc and let’s me move my eyes for a brief time wherever without losing awareness of who an ability is being cast on and why if gsa2 calls it out.

I mean OP asked for something and glad lossa is exactly what he asked for.

There is a few streamer who are 2500+ that use it. Can it be a crutch? Sure. But majority of people now are playing with weak auras that flash giant words and sirens and what not across the screen. To each their own I guess

Yeah I so far took a quick look at weakauras and didn’t see how to set it up but this gladiator one looks like it will basically work out of the box so I’m going to try it first; thanks!

^^^^^^^ a thousand times this.

I abhor staring at stuff like gladius and raid frames in an arena.

I hear it yell out “hoj” and I reflex-dispell my teammate. 10/10 fits my style. Tons of audio cues and it lets you configure what it announces.

All of those scenarios are better than not even realizing a sheep is going off and sitting a full poly :joy:
