Are you running any sort of auction house add-ons? I’d recommend disabling those and maybe a full UI reset for good measure.
Its reversible afterwards if it changes nothing, just move/rename the folders listed back to how they were.

You can still do the UI reset. Even without add-ons it can still become corrupted.
Do you get the same item every time, or is it seemingly random.
Do you hit the open all mail at once button and are just missing the Oil in the mix?
Random items - i have no other items in mail - i just do the buyout and a random item appears in my mail
