the old AH didn’t have that either, but if you look at the prices usually the higher ilvl items have a higher cost
It really isn’t as bad as you are making it out to be.
Use the ilvl range option, makes it so much easier to find stuff.
Pretty sure the old AH doesn’t have it either, and that is Auctioneer addon feature.

You can sort by level and rarity its just under the filter drop down menu towards the top of the window.
I dont like this sort / filter system especially for gear.
You can sort by level under the filter button next to the search button.

Sort is used to sort things in order.
