I tried to pick up the quest, Attunement To The Core, at level 30. But, the quest wasn’t available on the NPC: Lothos Riftwaker. I logged over to a level 80 and it was available. Wowhead also says level 30 is required to pick up the quest. Did the required level get overlooked by the devs, or something? The mobs in Molten Core are also level 30.
If you’re in Chromie time you can’t do it because you can’t see the quest, but out of Chromie time you should see it.
