I was quite civil, it’s not customer supports fault the devs are incompetent.
Regardless the gm’s represent the company if they say we deserve game time then pony up.
You know how steam has refunds now that was because of australia we get stuff done down here

I do agree with you though getting knocked off for a few hours when others arn’t experiencing this issue is plain old unfair.

You could login into retail or a Classic server that doesn’t have a que.

All oc classic servers were down for most of yesterday and retail is hot garbage.
So how exactly would you like us to log in?

Some of this classic players are so incredibly entitled, which is funny considering that’s what they like to call retail players.
i said this in another thread, but the ppl asking for free sub time because of classic server queues are the same as people who pay full price for a complete game but only play one game mode that no one else plays so they sit in a matchmaker all day with no play time and complain about it. if you subbed only for classic…idk what to tell you other than…thats stupid.

Technically you’re paying for Retail and Classic is free. As long as you can login to a server and play, they don’t care what kind it is. If the actual entire game, both Retail and Classic were down for more than a day then maybe you’d have some luck but I doubt this will get you anywhere.

I think they should not let more players create characters on a server than they can handle without a queue at one time so I can play. I don’t want compensation. I want to be able to play the game. When the casuals die off in a month then do a merge like in the past
