Attention healers

Some healers (and DPS for that matter) underestimate the importance of healers in BGs. A couple of good healers can be the difference between winning and losing. So if you ask me, if you are a healer, be proud of it and stay heals in the BGs.

Unlike trash spec enhancement, I don’t need to respec to heal pve and one shot people in PvP.

The sheer number of TUF enhancement shamans out there makes me laugh. I always know those are gonna be easy wins when I see them.

For you, having elemental mastery is OP.

For me, my purpose stays the same ret or holy.

Except holy I am a lot chunkier.

Ret I do literally nothing, and get kited to death.

If all else fails, bubblehearth

Nobody takes elemental mastery. I mean, no good shaman does anyway. 31/0/20 is infinitely worse than 30/0/21. Nature’s swiftness is just a better talent.

Oh its so bad…

They are a “” melee"" spec with no inherent melee abilities, with no gap closer, no escape button, uncontrollable burst, cant heal because no mana, and are squishy AF because no shield and a mix of leather and mail. Its so bad.

Worst of all they never even drop WF totem for warriors. They always drop grace of air to improve their own crap shoot damage and then get light up by a mage or warlock.

At least ret can still bubble and go immune to damage.

I will agree to disagree, or you haven’t got enough sp to delete players with it… Or are somehow getting caught out that you need it for heals.

I’m specced Holy for the most part aside from a few things on different trees. (Wand spec, etc.) Start of fight I just DoT up mobs and wand til I need to heal. Sometimes I’m in the middle of the DPS ranks!

With the current version of Elemental Mastery allowing you to batch two spells instead of one, it’s a valid choice.

Pick either one depending on what you want to lean more towards. Both are good right now.

If I pvp’d on my resto shaman it would be as resto.

this is classic wow I knew going in that hybrid game play is not sustainable so I knew from lvl 1 my shaman would be a healer.

I made a hunter to farm and kill things

If I had any interest in pvp I would probably level a character that I would just do pvp on.
