It’s a bug that needs to be patched. Players should not be allowed to have the forms for free. If anything they need to make the forms obtainable again through the mage tower on retail (which already scales the difficulty) and allow players to EARN them.
They should not be added to remix due to us having crazy powers and whatnot. This would undermine the achievement of those who obtained them back in the day. (Which I know was easy in 7.3, but you get my point)

I struggle to find why people would disagree with these statements:
These forms should not just simply be handed out
These forms should be available in the base game for an appropriate amount of effort
FOMO is terrible game design (its fine for limited exclusivity, but things should always come back)

As someone who got the “of the Black Harvest” title, which was FAR harder than the MT, your position is total crap.
No one is asking for them to be handed out for free - they want the chance to get them. And before you try to make a thing out of it, yes, if they reopened the ability to get the “of the Black Harvest” title and did it in such a way that it was just as insanely hard to get now as it was originally (no overgeared/overleveled cheeseing allowed) I’d be absolutely fine with it.
The fact that you grinded for a mount just because you wanted it to be hard for everyone else in the future tells everyone all that’s needed to know about your character, though you should probably know that when you’re sitting around in a city mounted up pretending to be afk, no one cares at all about your mount but you.
They have confirmed it is it possible to recreate the same scenario in legion remix due to scaling.
And what is that. That I earned my Seisbarg and not have it handed to me ?

As much as I would love to keep them (and am very much enjoying the sparkle kitty right now) they made it clear before remix launched that mage tower appearances wouldn’t be available. Now, this is a VERY unfortunate bug to happen, but it’s a bug. As much as it sucks that they’ll be taken away, I promise you’ll be fine.
Let’s be honest the damage is done. Blizzard by accident or by some form a way of seeing what the overall response will be has opened up these re-colors or forms that have been locked for like 8 years. It be like LOL I know someone is going to go over board with this but like giving Worgen’s tails. There has been years of complaints of why and why not they should be added ect. If Blizzard added it and then says, o it was a accident, we will remove worgen tails I am sure you get the same complaints, but more over lore vs want compared to “earned” (8 years ago) vs want (ability to get now) Hell even a “silly” (dragon) emote makes fun of it.
On a off topic I want my Blood saber Cat form back darn you!!! LOL (I know the animations had been bad) but still, been waiting like 10 years for that.

I’m advocating for the mage tower weapons to be returned to the game because I have all the mage tower weapons and I would like to see other people enjoy them.
Bringing back the mage tower weapons would help other people have more fun in the game and I want to see other people have fun.

lol it’s the whole point. The mistake was already made with this being open, but more so because they had been added to barber shop, which should have never been the case to start with. Tell me how is a race that was not even in game during legion should be able to use said re-color. Sound like a break in lore to me. But they can because said person “earned” it. Due to these account wide barbershop changes and removal these from the weapons (wait lego dragon form still needs weapon hm?) If its available in barber shop it should be available in game. Period! Prestigious items (not ever to be released again) should be only usable by said character that received them.

Which is a 2 way sword. You give this now and all the future time gated sets will be treated the same way.

That is exactly what I want - for all content to be available at all times, forever (well until wow dies).
There is no problem with having all content always be available.
You need to rethink your priorities in life if allowing other people to obtain your siesbarg mount upsets you so much.

You can have recolours. No issues with that. Just like you have recolour option or the bear and Seisbarg mount.
No, it does not.
The player who put in their time to obtain the mage tower weapons during legion will still have the mage tower weapons even if a new person obtains them.
The new person obtaining the mage tower weapons doesn’t “steal” the mage tower weapons from the legion owners.
This is not a difficult concept to understand.
What is there to understand ?

What do we do about it ? We give them recolours.

This rewards players who put in the time.
This also rewards players who wanted a set while respecting the OG players who did the content when it was available.
