Attack nearest target macro

On my warrior i want to macro rampage to just hit my nearest target in combat with me regardless of who i have targeted

Tab targeting sucks and with the kiting/movement of adds sometimes what i have targeted goes out of melee

Im bad at macros, is there a way to do this?

/targetenemy [noexists][dead]
/cast (…) whatever.

Thanks and if i want to put this after a cancel aura macro for bladestorm itll work the same?

Yes, cancelaura doesn’t trigger GCD.
