The Atomic Recalibrator toy is probably one of the coolest in the game (second to the transmorpher beacon - sorry it just has a shorter cd!)!
The best thing about the Atomic Recalibrator is that the buff persists through death…unless you’re a holy priest. I’m not sure why it’s bugged for Holy Priests, but once you die & go into Spirit of Redemption form, when you release you have lost the buff 
Please find a way to hotfix this so holy priests can also enjoy this toy even after death!
not bugged you just overriding a transformation
Druid transformations (shapeshifts) also remove it, feels bad
if that’s not their intention, then it’s bugged. Coin of Many Faces toy does not have this same problem
and it works with druids too!

I know this is an old topic but I just got it and don’t know why its not just a 1 hour cooldown. long enough to not spam it but if you want to stay in another form you at least can, especially for the Evokers that seem to love the class but hate the dragon. Either way the cool down is crazy long. Was there a reason for it on a technical level?
My guild and I made quite a few and tossed them in our guild bank so on raid night there’s always multiple that can used.
Best toy, absolutely love it. I’ve changed races multiple times on this character so this toy lets me live my alternative race vibes and still stay as a Draenei.
I wish Dracthyr were an option, at least their visage form.
