Atomic Recalibrator (Recent) Phasing Issuse

It seems since the latest patch (?) that dropping the Atomic Recalbrator in Valdrakken (in party) doesn’t consistently let your party use it. This is same-faction parties (Alliance), standing in the Valdrakken inn.

I tested by having a guildie sign in (both Alliance), join party, and then after we could see one another in the inn, both drop the AR. We could each only use our own, but a rando ran by and used hers (and could not use mine).

As the guildie mentioned above, I can confirm that I while in a same-faction party, in the Valdrakken inn, I could use my own recalibrator, but not Monza’s, and a random person wandering around used mine with no issues.

This is a weird and unwelcome bug, as recalibrating the party at large before running a dungeon is a bit of a fun habit for us at this point.
