I made the charm turned it in it disappeared and no quest. I attempted to access my questlog and am getting a global error saying my questlog has a nil value, I want this transmog I need all the soulbinds its not fair some people get it and some people dont

If a bug, edit your post and move it to the bug report forum (or use the in-game bug report).
Have a look on Wowhead as well, look up the quest and read the comments, see if others have had similar experiences and if they’ve found a work around.
I cant find anything except something from a year ago

You can try to submit a ticket and ask - no sure if they’ll be able to assist you though. This forum is a player help player forum, no GM’s here. Also, GM’s don’t fix bugs (QA and Devs do).
