At what point (In PvP) is full pre-raid bis going to be considered weak?

Pretty much the title. I know many casters use blues from UBRS, Dire Maul, etc up through BWl; But at what point would those items be considered weak. ZG? AQ?

Once people are decked out in MC gear.
There’s non-tier gear in there that’s good for plate DPS for example.

You think so? Tier gear doesnt offer much to Mages or fury Warriors for example.

The non-tier MC warrior gear is good.
Fury is pretty bad for PVP unless you’re a god like swifty though.

The tiered plate drops are meant for PVE tanking not doing damage, I mean, you’d be unkillable in a 1v1 I guess.
