When I play my mage the last thing I want is a bunch of other people pestering me for portals.
Especially since nothing is gained by removing the portals.
Now I do believe it is time for Ion to go. I have never said this before but this is the last annoying straw. It shows you have learned NOTHTHING.
For real. Iâm hard-pressed to think of a company that has more outward contempt for its playerbase than Blizzard.

well, my brother in law and his wife have very limited time to play to begin with. This stupid, petulant move by blizzard will make it VERY easy for me to talk them into moving to FF14 with the wife and I.

Forcing unlocking content down our throat is killing the game.
I just wanted to put in my $.02 as another player who finds it bizarre that you would remove such a good QoL and piece of lore. The portal system wasnât perfect, but this change is a LOT farther from âperfectâ.
Also, unsurprising the response from Blizz is defensive, ignoring the overwhelming feedback from their players. I really wish I hadnât signed back up at this point (BFA is boring, nothing new or exciting, further dumbing down of profs⌠ugh)

itâs to take away from the fact that videos have come out speaking out against their working conditions. And how very poorly employees are treated. No wonder the original squad of dum dums who created the game left, they sold out for money.
