I think everyone agrees the game was better when you could thumbs down two pvp bg maps. The only reason that they took it out of the game that I can see is they want people to play their bad maps, otherwise nobody would play them and they would feel like it was a waste of time.
We need people to spam the question, will you bring back the ability to vote down certain bg maps?
We don’t need blacklisting back. It was bad for the game. If you think queue times are bad now, imagine what they would be like with people being able to blacklist a whole host of different maps.

Removal of choice is a good thing for the game? Hope it does get brought back and they add a blacklist slot for random dungeons, some of those are rough to pug through as well.
No, but its impact on the battleground ecosystem was much worse for the game.
I want it back on paper but if that means getting tok and ssm 17 out 20 games then I will gladly continue to sacrifice not having it.
Specific queuing is still there.

They removed the blacklisting option because they sorted out the main issues with why people wanted/used blacklisting.
Those 3 BGs were the most blacklisted. Nothing else came close.
With those out of the way, and with the lower number of total normal BGs, there is no reason to keep blacklisting as a feature.
If you don’t like a particular battleground then queue specifics.
You realize your in the minority in this argument correct? Maybe you should ask yourself why that is?
This entire forum is a minority. And the people that blacklisted when it was really a thing were a minority.
The only time we ever got figures from Blizzard, they stated only 20% of people queuing used it. And it still caused a whole bunch of problems.

Sounds like they needed a blacklist.

That was with a blacklist silly pants. We don’t really get that now of than some rare occasions of maybe 2-3 in a row.
I miss blacklist. I say this even as alliance when horde blacklisted AV and it was my favorite bg. I’m seriously so sick of gilneas I’ll scream.

That is very rare though, and the norm when blacklisting was here.
