I have friends that were some of the best players ive ever played with that stopped playing, not just healing, cuz of certain changes to healing life changes over the years. Instead of being toxic and to people who are frustrated help them. Try to get them to improve. This isn’t like a mage that refuses to go fire. This is someone who plays a role that is direly needed in pugs in a world where no-one wants to be tied to a guild. Think.

i dont understand how no one has pointed out that there’s a difference between ‘putting pressure on the healer’ and taking unhealable damage through failed execution of mechanics which are pressed on the tank and even the dps

Pretty much. We’re like the big sister who’s just on their phone until the parents need us to babysit the dps because little Timmy can’t go 5 seconds without trying to stick a fork in a power outlet and Johnny wants to swim in the tub with a toaster.

Spiteful is pretty DPS orientated and bolstering requires proper DPS management as well. If the DPS screws up tanks and healers have to pick up the slack but a wipe would largely fall to the DPS.
