In order to get class mount of course.
It took me about 2 weeks per character on my guys. Lot of running around and deliberate stops. Like a table missions and assaults.
Longest parts are mission table and revered rep for some quests.
Quest time is pretty much negligible outside of those.

If you get lucky with timing, in regards to the WQ, invasion, and rares, you can mop it up pretty fast. I did all of it, aside from the mission table, in less than 2 hours on my Resto Druid yesterday.

class mount quest needs revered? you’re thinking of balance of power
it will take two days, because of world quest quest and table quest (or full day if you start in morning). You also need legion assault
Generally speaking, 2 days.
It’s not that bad. I casually did 6 alts over the course of about 2 weeks or so. Saving grace was catching an invasion up and I ran them all through that one after the other.
To me, the most frustrating quest is the find 3 wyrmtongue cache boxes. That damned thing took me at least an hour of flying around in circles. The kill 3 rares is almost as painful, I just found a place near the middle of Broken Shore and had my map up waiting for a skull to turn purple but took probably 45 minutes to an hour each, just sitting there twiddling my thumbs.
The mission table quests aren’t bad, they’re only an hour long each now, and you can do them through the companion app which is nice.
What I need to know now is how to get a new level 50 that I leveled in WoD to Legion so I can run it through the class hall/broken shore campaigns.

Not unless they’ve changed it. Some of the quests that were required only became available after hitting revered with Broken Shore. Iirc.
Could always be wrong though, I might have done mine in conjunction with Pathfinder at the time.
