At first I was excited, now I'm just angry

my only complaint is that they keep throwing ground mounts at us, that we cant use hardly anywhere. dragonriding is the new “thing”, give us some new skins or something for that instead

Wonders if loading up the blizzard mission app counts…

Also, let’s add forum points!

:ocean: :dragon: :ocean: :dragon:

I feel like people are now just complaining because other people are saying they are enjoying it.

The customer is not always right.

I’d go so far as to say they are rarely right.

if you mean dragonflight then its failed in that from launch as they painted it as the expansion that you dont need to log in as much

People on the forums just live to complain. Blizzard could give us a pony and there would be a 1000 post thread about how dare they get a brown pony when they wanted a white one within minutes.

Who said they aren’t? Apparently Blizzard wasn’t getting enough engagement from the base game. So they made the trading post to increase it.

My employer just told us not to argue with them. Let management handle them.

but the sticker on the shelf said this porterhouse steak was 1 dollar

Don’t miss those days

Its account wide so you can do stuff across your alts you normally do and get all the 1000 points a month very easily.

I like to think it’s very legit.

I mean the literal topic of conversation, the trading post.

Might have something to do with the endless threads from casuals that they want more to do. Blizz is apparently damned if they do, damned if they don’t.

they can take their little happy behinds out there and earn that gear lol. This has “finally reward the hardcore casuals” written all over it and I applaud them for it. This is a win in my eyes.

Casuals have plenty to do in game. If they choose to not do it, that’s on them.

:woman_shrugging: I like them. The scarf/cloak/hood stuff is fairly unique. Big hammer? Okay. If I had a bow user I’d really like that bow. Elemental-ish weapons, an ice dagger and a fire flail. The plain hammer could be neat for RP. I’m not SUPER impressed with the “Buccaneer” set, but if I had a character that’d use it I’d go for it. I’m definitely going to use the flower corsage on my herbalist Warlock.

It’s the first month of what’s presumably going to be a forever feature. The stock is going to rotate, and it already has better cosmetics than the stuff that goes up on the BMAH.

Maybe next month the stuff will be more to your personal liking.

So what exactly are you angry about? That something completely optional was added to the game that gives cosmetic rewards?

I’m not angry at all as explained in my previous posts. I am just pointing out why the trading post was put in game (some people seem to be in denial about it).

At this point, I have no idea what players want. A pointless grind? No substance or meaning? What do you want? What is meaningful? It’s an MMO, grinding is all it’s ever had to offer… It’s game. Are you looking for a religious experience? I think players have their expectations for what kind of experience a game can deliver set way to high these days.

Do you think you blew people’s minds pointing out they added another carrot on a stick? Literally the basis of this game since day 1.

and…for those that don’t raid?

and for those who dont do myth dungeons…AT ALL?

the rest is no biggee…but those 2 things alone, lol
just another way to try & convince everyone to hurry hurry, jump in our raids & dungeons, even tho you hate them…

lolol

I LOVE more things to do…as long as it does not include - pvp, dungeons, or raids…

the only good thing was the valhallan greatsword. but nope.
