Shadowlands is so stale, feels even worse than BFA. We got the gist of it already, just wrap it up boys 
Simply roll whatever 9.3 content is planned into a 9.2 “megapatch” that wraps up the story and such, then divert all dev resources into making 10.0 another Legion-quality “hit” jampacked with content.
Make the game good again please.

I don’t either, which is why if they wrap up SL early that frees up more time/resources for 10.0 development

You realize those two things have nothing to do with each other, right?
I’ve never had an issue with timegates that made sense. And I’m also the one telling people to slow down on Korthia, because we won’t have anything new until probably spring. 
But keep in mind we’d be stuck in SL for a very long time before they could get 10 off the ground. So it’s a double edged sword.
How is the game not good? This is the direct result of player feedback from several expansions.
Waiting for a patch to be developed properly is not the same as waiting weeks just to advance a quest.

It’s not hypocritical. There’s a difference between some timegates and releasing buggy or unfinished content.

Pretty much this. Shadowlands is devs listening to feedback players gave about BFA then saying they don’t like the game because Blizz listened to them. Lose/lose situation.

Shadowlands feels like players complained about not wanting a burned steak so Blizzard instead gave us a burned hamburger.
Like you sort of listened to the feedback and technically changed what was complained about, but you clearly missed an important underlying point.
