At 60 I dont see the argent vendors from pre patch

Is this by design? I have scourgestone in my bag. Is this item now not usuable or should I keep ?

It was announced that they would be removed 1 hour prior to the launch of the expansion. The vendors are gone and the scourge stones are now just vanity items.

Death Rising vendor, Crusader Adevald Ironbeard, has found his way to the Argent Tournament grounds and has stationed himself alongside the tournament reward vendors.

Edit: Don’t know if he will convert your scourgestones to Argent tokens, or if you are outta luck unless you already have tokens.
