Since the patch all my low level alts I am am using in the Dragon isle can no long see the Fryrak assault or the time rifts. Before this last patch I could take any of my alts and do them (some where a struggle but I could do them), and I did leveled both a priest and rogue using them.
I just checked with one of my level 70 toons which has done both in the past and they are available to them, but I take my level 66 Shaman to the same locations and there is nothing there.
