WoW continents have always had the problem of being frozen in a particular point in time. Most of Kul Tiras and Zandalar are stuck at the beginning of the xpac.

Same reason the burning legion still launches invasions on the broken isles despite being defeated.

because torching vulpera is fun and all alliance players should get their chances to do this many times.
Its one of the few alliance perks. Horde only got to burn the tree like for, what?, 2 weeks.

I was missing 100g. Naturally I assumed it was the Horde so an assault was the only response.
