Assault Rewards are not scaling above 370

Also seeing that the 370 azerite pieces from these dont have the new ring of traits, just the exact same rewards as before the season rolled over

Certainly looks like this is broken? at a minimum they should be rewarding 5 trait gear (season 2 azerite)?

having same issue here. i’m ilvl 380 but still getting 370 rewards.

I’m having the same issue - two days in a row now my azurite armor cash dropped an item with only 4 rings. Additionally I thought that the item should have been 385, not 370

Same issue. Was rewarded 370 4 ring, not 5 from today’s Vuldun.

This is why we read patch notes. It will scale up after the current active ones ends as to not give any unfair advantage.

Nothing in any of the patch notes or any other Blizzard communications mentioned assault rewards. They talked about emissary rewards, warfront rewards and WQ rewards.

It is a reasonable question to ask “did they mean to raise those too and forget, or decide not to?”, but it is not a bug since they didn’t say they were going to.

There was some confusion as to whether the assualts counted as emissaries for some reason and there was never any clarification.

Without the clarification, it wasn’t clear if this was a bug or not.

That’s for Warfronts. There are no any currently active assaults that were active when the patch first hit. They only last for seven hours.

well it’s still unanswered an probably won’t be answered or upgraded like it should be, even though assaults are part of the tides of vengeance patch like the darkshore warfront stuff.

Yea still the same. I’m 383 cache is 370 and the azerite cache is still 4 rings.

Is it intended not to scale now?? Thiught it was suppose to scale

Actually I think someone linked a blue response from somewhere. Apparently it’s intended.

Sad - I liked the content. But it doesn’t make sense for me to run it on any of my toons anymore. At best I get an azerite piece with 4 rings (not 5) and I can DE it for residuum - but it’s not nearly enough to make it worth the time invested.
