Pick up the quest from my garrison and when I go to the area there are zero mobs there. Anyone know if the patch bugged out these assault quest?

I did this one on 4 chars last week, so I’d say it is def patch related. I just flew my 47 DK out there (lvl 3 garrison) and found that if I was not in Shattrath proper I could see the demons. As soon as I phased into the area (and the bonus objective popped up) friendly Draenei were everywhere. My DK has not quested beyond SMV, so has not done Talador.
I also flew my hunter (50) out, who did have Draenor pathfinder. The bonus objective pops up for her as well, and the demons phase out to friendly Draenei, so not tied to questing in the zone or having the achievement “I Want More Talador” completed or not.
