Yea this trinket is basically bis for us. A buddy of mine spent like 200 dungeons trying to farm for it and it never dropped

Probably because Boon is a raid trinket. Your buddy is farming in the wrong place.
Thereâs 9 points between the top performing spec and bottom on that graph. Thatâs extremely tight. Thatâs a really good indicator of balance actually.
Thereâs always going to be a best and worst but you hope that the gap is a narrow one.
Iâve seen worst.

windscar whetstone isnt a raid trinket 
Iâm pretty sure Windscar Whetstone is not even one of the best 2 M+ only trinkets for Assassination in dungeons. Maybe your friend needs to know. lol
Torch and puzzle box are the best trinkets right ? Icon if you have everyone else in raid with it too ?
Assassination is built for massive pulls. The whetstone literally annihilates everything.
but itâs not the best trinket. If weâre talking M+ only trinket. Youâre better off using the Puzzle Box for big pulls. and hunger as the second trinket. Trust me, those 2 will give the best overall damage.
My guess is no.
To be fair those last 6-7 specs looks like theyâre in a rough spot. Then again there will always be something at the bottom.
